One nikcli account

The same identity from CLI to web.

Sign in with the UserDB account already used by the CLI, Studio, and mobile. The browser then uses that nku_ session for the existing headless routes.

Use the same pairing flow as mobile

Nothing changes on the server: you keep `nikcli mobile serve` or the same Railway deployment, and the web UI consumes the same headless `/mobile/*` API surface.
